I don't know how much more of Property I can take. Don't get me wrong, Prof. Singer is a great guy. And I realize he's trying to "teach" us how to be "lawyers." And I realize he wants to give us "experience." And I guess it's not his fault that the class is at 8:50 AM. But seriously. You're killing me, Smalls.

Now, expand that dialogue to an hour and a half. At 8:50 in the morning. 'nuff said.
